Mr OLGIERD CYGAN - Director and Senior Consultant
Mr Cygan has been involved professionally in the digital business since 1996. He is the Founder and Member of the Board of Representatives in the Media Klaster Foundation, and the initiator of Filmteractive. In 1999 he established the Digital One (http://www.digitalone.pl/) interactive agency, which develops projects for global brands (e.g. Estee Lauder, Clinique, Sephora, Pepsi) in Poland and on the CEE markets. Mr Cygan is also the co-owner of Momint, a video production and post-production company (http://www.momint.pl/), and the Board Member at the SAR Marketing Communication Association. In 2003-2006 he was the President of Board at the Interactive Advertising Bureau Poland. Mr Cygan graduated from the Marketing and Management Department at Lodz University. His experience is also linked with conducting lectures at various business meetings and publishing articles in branch magazines. At Filmteractive Mr Cygan is responsible for managing partnerships, programme, speakers, and content related aspects of the event.

Ms BEATA CYGAN - Project Leader
Ms Cygan has been managing a private consulting company for over seven years. Her main professional responsibilities include strategic marketing and business consulting. She is the President of the Media Klaster Foundation and the Principal Organiser of Filmteractive. Ms Cygan is also performing the duties of the Board Member at the Dom w Łodzi (Home in Lodz) Foundation, the first children’s home in Poland to take care of abandoned children experiencing serious health problems. Ms Cygan is responsible for organising sponsor support and charity events. Ms Cygan obtained the degree in Marketing and Management at Lodz University and studied European Bank Law at the Polish Academy of Sciences. In the years 1995-1998 she worked in the Regional Marketing Department of the PBK Bank (currently BPH Bank), where her duties included organising events in the region of Central Europe. At the Filmteractive Ms Cygan is engaged in financial and legal activities. She is responsible for negotiating and coordinating the contracts, managing finances, and concluding all the settlements after the Filmteractive.
Ms AGATA LEPIANKA - Project Manager
Agata Lepianka is a graduate of the Philology Department at Lodz University. She worked as a second assistant director by several polish film and TV productions (e.g. Juliusz Machulski’s “Ambassada” and Magdalena Łazarkiewicz’s “Into deep water” TV series). She also worked as PR Specialist at the Warsaw Film School. Since August 2013 she is cooperating with Filmteractive in September 2013 she took over as a project manager. She is responsible for coordinating organization activities, establishing and maintaining international contacts, cooperating with partner events and contributing to the methodological decision-making.process involved in the agenda planning. DR SONIA FIZEK - Project Consultant
Dr Fizek is a video game and new media researcher, and an occasional blogger. She graduated from the Institute of English Studies at Lodz University, Poland (MA) and the School of Creative Studies and Media at Bangor University, UK (PhD). Currently, Dr Fizek is continuing her scientific work as a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer at Leuphana University in Lüneburg (Germany) where together with the Gamification Lab’s team she is focusing on playful interfaces and audio games. Dr Fizek has published for prestigious international press houses, such as Routledge and Intellect. Her journalist articles may be found on such blogs as Technopolis: o grach z kulturą and Jawne Sny . She is also a member of the editorial board for the Journal of Gaming & Virtual Worlds . In 2013 she was coordinating Filmteractive as a project manager. Now she is supporting the project as a consultant and is responsible for maintaining international cooperation and advising on the 2014 programme.
