Director of the Research and Development Centre
Sebastian Grabowski graduated from Electronics and Telecommunication Department at the Koszalin University of Technology, from the Management Department at the Warsaw University and also from Psychology Department at the Warsaw University of Social Sciences and Humanity. In his research he focuses on the “Open Data” issue, interactions between the users of telecommunication networks and Internet, as well as on “open government” issues. For 13 years he works in telecommunication industry, currently he serves as Director of the Research and Development Centre in Orange Labs Poland. He is the cofounder of Middleware 2.0 Community – a programme for developers, scientists, technology providers, IT companies and telecommunication- Internet companies – www.openmiddleware.pl. Sebastian is also the other of numerous marketing slogans and product names eg. ZETAFON. He also runs creativity workshops and develops his own Collaborative Intelligence programme – “The Master and Margarita”. Currently Sebastian is also engaged in interdisciplinary Social Innovation projects based on new technologies and Open Date.
